1. Payment

The following requirements must be met

- Any purchase under $200 must be paid in whole or in half (half ahead and the other half when I give a WIP)

- All payments must be made in USD using PayPal, Zelle, or CashApp.

- If you are purchasing something that will be mailed out, you must also pay for shipping.

- I can hold the first payment for up to two weeks; if I do not hear from you and do not receive payment by then, the commission slot will be revoked and I will move on to the next buyer.

- Anything over $200 can be paid with a payment plan, but regardless of how you pay you will receive the finished product once it is paid off fully.

- There are weekly and biweekly payment options. You must make timely payments. You will lose your commission if you don't pay on time.

- Until we have a quote and I instruct you to submit money, kindly do not do so.

2. Art process

- You must include an unobscured, unambiguous reference for your character. This can be in the form of a reference sheet, a link to Toyhouse, images, etc.

- I can also create concept art, however references are very needed and you will need to describe the character you wish to have.

- You are free to request minor adjustments after I deliver you a work in progress.

- As the customer, you have the right to request WIPs at any time; however, as it can be stressful, please do not request them daily. (If you're unsure, it's suggested to do so once every two weeks or once a month.)

- Once again, regardless of your payment plan, you will not receive your completed product until I have received full payment.

3. Personal and commercial use

- Any commission you purchase from me is only for your own use. This applies to emotes, banners, profile photos, and more. It will cost 300% more than usual if you want to utilize it for business purposes (a $100 commission, for instance, would now cost $300).


-A high resolution copy of your commission will be sent to you. You are free to use and republish the image as you see fit (give credit where credit is due).

- Unless you are a personal friend or the work is for commercial purpose, I no longer permit reposts.

NOTE: You may still share the image from my page through stories, retweets, and other channels. The definition of reposting that I'm using is "to re-upload the picture onto your profile with or without credit." Unless you are a personal friend, you must pay for commercial use if you wish to repost my work.

- The only person who may utilise the commissioned work is the customer.

4. Refundings

- Regretfully, once I begin working on your project, I am unable to reimburse you unless I, the artist, believe I am unable to complete it:)

- In the event that I begin a commission but am unable to complete it, I will send the difference between what I have completed.

- I'll give a public warning and ban/blacklist you if you file a chargeback for ANY reason. Make no excuses.

5. Gore commissions

- Gore costs the same as standard commissions, unless they are complicated.
- Anyone above the age of 14 may purchase gore art in any form.

6. Misc.

- I am the sole owner of the rights to my creations, and I may/will use them as samples for commissions or to expand my portfolio. If you would like the commission to remain confidential, just let me know in advance!


- USE OF MY WORK AS AN NFT OR ANY OTHER KIND OF CRYPTO IS PROHIBITED!

- I have the right to decline any commission, for any reason.

- Please do not request a price reduction or free artwork. I will repeat this only once: you will be blocked if you enquire.
this will be considered block evasion, and you will also be included.
- You accept all of the aforementioned terms of service by commissioning me.

It will cost between $60 and $100 USD, depending on the design; if you want a background in sophisticated design, it will cost between $80-$100 USD it is best to check the specifics first, as this will allow me to estimate you a reasonable rate.
